We support the projects under the formula of public-private partnership (PPP) in selected sectors which are the most important in terms of regional development and for the cohesion policy. Aimed at the effective performance of projects, the support is financial – in terms of providing legal, economic and financial and technical advisory before the announcement of the tender procedure (market analysis, market research of potential partners, public sector comparator, information memorandum, announcement), and substantive – provided by employees of the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy in projects teams during the negotiations with private partners.
The experiences from selected projects are a basis for preparing template documentation which may be used during the preparation of similar investments.
